1. 2. Drive part: main drive system: motor -- triangle belt -- reduction gear -- open gear -- roll.The main engine is powered by the electromagnetic speed-regulating motor, which is transmitted to the driving shaft through the belt pulley and the cylindrical gear reducer through the rod pin coupling.The drive shaft and the passive shaft are synchronized through open gears.There is a hydraulic device behind the passive bearing seat.Hydraulic protection device is by the hydraulic pump will be high pressure oil into the hydraulic cylinder, so that the piston axial displacement.The front head of the piston rod is on the bearing seat to meet the production pressure requirements.

3, the forming part, mainly refers to the main machine part, the core part is the roll.When too much material is fed between the two rollers or into the metal block, the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder is overloaded under pressure, the hydraulic pump will stop, the accumulator will buffer the pressure change, the overflow valve will open the oil return, the piston rod shift will increase the gap between the rollers so that the hard material can pass through the roller, the system pressure will return to normal, and the roller can be protected from damage.
