Raw materials

Such as wood chips, straw (corn stalks, soybean stalks, sorghum, cotton stalks, rape stalks, peanut vines,sunflower stalks), rice husks, grasses, shrubs, branches, wood chops, bamboo chips, bagasse and other raw materials can be used.

-- Dryer machine: Dry up biomass powder till their moisture less than 12%
-- Briquette machine: Shape biomass powder into high desity briquette.
-- Feeder: Store powder and send to briquette machine
-- Conveyor: Send finish briquette out.

-- Carbonization furnace: Turn biomass briquette into charcoal.

1, Small size equipment is packed by wooden case which delivery by LCL shipping .

2, Big size equipment is nude packing which delivery by full container load,small parts will be packed into wooden case.
3, Special packing requirement as customers requirement.

we can offer free fumigation wooden case with steel frame, which is very
strong, not only can protect machine from damage, but also avoid checking when exporting.
For multiple machines, or production line, it's better to loaded in standard container 20GP,
40GP, usually it needs wrapped with plasitc firstly, then loaded in container.
