1.Introduction of Artificial rice processing line: 

Artificial rice making machine takes rice powder as main ingredient, and some other vitamin and mineral as part of ingredient is available as well if you like. The material is extruded into rice shape by the twin-screw extruder, and dried in a rotary dryer to needed moisture content. The extruding technique makes it possible to strengthen and solidify the micronutrient in the rice.

a. Raw materials adopts broken rice rice, corn, millet, wheat, oats, buckwheat, bean, starch as main ingredient, and some other vitamin and mineral as part of ingredient.

b. Products This line can be used to produce many kinds of extrusion foodstuffs, such as various snacks foods, core-filled snacks foods, cereals ect, we just need to finish it by adjusting the mould from extruder

2. Features of Our Twin Screw Extruder:

a. The screws are made by alloy steel (38CrMoAL) and special craft by nitriding process, The HRC hardness is around 60---62, it has good self-cleaning ability and does not need to discharge or clean the barrel and screw, when roasting or replacing of materials.

b. The extrusion barrel is constructed of carbon steel, is made by #45 steel, stainless steel coating.

c. The gearbox has automatic lubrication function, with extends gear life.

d. Cutting knife fixed in the die head seat, rotary cutting by V-belt drive.

e. SIEMENS(CHINA) brands electronic parts used in the controller box, make sure the extrusion process perfect.

f. Main Motor from SIEMENS(CHINA), ensure its powerful extrusion and excellent performance.
