Advantage of Cerasteel knife:
Cerasteel knives are made of the composite material composed of
ceramic (cer) and metal (met) alloy technology. It provides a
long-lasting sharpness, while remains resilience and strength at
the same time, they remain sharp as ceramic knives, and won’t chip
or break like them.
Cerasteel knives are very sharp with ceramet alloy, and the
sharpness maintains much longer than any steel knives.
How to use Cerasteel knife:
Cutting surfaces should be smooth, easy to clean, such as wooden,
bamboo and polyethylene boards.
Avoid surfaces that can damage the blade, such as ceramic,
stainless steel, granite, marble, porcelain and glass
All cutting boards and surfaces should be cleaned thoroughly
immediately after use to avoid harmful bacteria growth.
Do not cut through bone with Cerasteel knives. (except meat
cleavers)
Do not poking, pry or cut semi-frozen or frozen foods with
Cerasteel knives.
Under the 600℃ high temperature, could also keep the hardness.
It is the combination of ceramic and metal, which is the best material for kitchen knife.
Its tenacity and shock resistance improved more compared with Zirconium dioxide ceramic knife,
thus its blade is not easily to make chips as ceramic knife.
It has the highest hardness: 64±2 HRC, which is close to the hardness of diamond.
Thus it could maintain the sharpness for a long time, and its cutting performance even better than Damascus knife.
Blade surface corrosion resistance, rustless, great oxidation resistance.
It has great wear resistance, which is better than common steel knives.
