Description of Ceramic Bearing 1208CE:
1. Zirconia races: Are made by highly purified, sub-micron and after Y2O3-TZP stabled zirconia powder material, are processed by AP (Atmospheric Pressure) sintering and HIP (Hot Isostatic Pressure) sintering technology, so their porosity, wear resistance, impact resistance and resistance to fatigue contact life are greatly improved.
2. Silicon nitride balls: Are made of highly purified, submicron silicon nitride powder with an alpha phase of more than 92%, and is processed after HIP (Hot Isostatic Pressure) sintering technology. So the porosity, wear resistance, crushing value and fatigue contact life have been greatly improved.
3. PFA cage: PFA is a reformed material of Teflon, its melting cohesiveness is enhanced and the viscosity of the solution is decreased, while the properties are unchanged compared with that of PTFE. The resin can be directly processed by ordinary thermoplastic molding.
