High Alumina Bricks

Introduction

High alumina bricks is a high performance wear and impact resistant lining suitable for high impact, high pressure applications where tile may not have sufficient structural resistance and high performance rubber may not provide the required wear life. In extreme applications, Cube bushings can be installed in ceramic/rubber substrates or wear resistant steel plates, providing structural support to ceramic/rubber substrates and providing excellent wear life that competitive products cannot achieve.

 

Advantages

High Alumina Bricks use rubber as the bonding agent. The rubber is pressed around and between the alumina tiles and steel backing plate. The process of high pressure, heat and a superior bonding agent. This ensures removal of the alumina from the plate is virtually impossible.
