Product introduction

GFS sludge holding tanks with over 30 years lifespan is called glass fused steel tank,which consists of Glass-Fused-to-Steel, special sealant, self-locking bolts. The glass fused steel tank is bolted type. Factory fabricated steel panels are bolted together by high-grade bolts and sealed by silicone sealant. The glass fused steel tank is gas and liquid impermeable. When making the installation, it is usually assembled from top to bottom, which the top rings is firstly connected and then next ring... Till the bottom ring. Lifting system like jacks or steel poles is used to lift the tanks which give access to workers to assembly the next rings. The glass-lined steel sludge holding tanks are widely used in the wastewater treatment plant.

 

We can provide glass fused steel floor too. In most cases, a concrete foundation is applied and the tank wall is connected with the concrete floor. You don’t have to worry about the leakage of the foundation because
