Our magnesium alloy billet regular type are AZ80,ZK60A ,AZ31B, AZ61A, WE43,WE54,WE94,ZM2(ZE41A). when requested. Typical applications are in the aerospace, automotive and defense industry. AZ80 and ZK60A forging grade alloys require the strictest production and inspection requirements. We employ the latest ultrasonic and metallographic equipment to verify the product meets exacting standards.

Magnesium alloy billet which is the raw material feed to the magnesium extrusion machine or rolling mill, is the key factor for the next process of producing magnesium extrusion profile,plate, sheetl. Due to the lower melting point, alive chemistry and lower density, it is very difficult to get pure and evenly construction in the magnesium alloy billet, also it is the restriction to the mass production of magnesium sheet and extrusion for the time being.
