Nano gel helps batteries have stable performance at high and low temperature and 5 years longer than AGM battery.

The plate of Casisolar’s 12 Volt 50 Ah Deep Cycle Gel Batteryis usually thicker, pasted flat type with patent formula ensure stronger ability to recover from deep discharging. This also do a great help of batteries service for two years longer.

Grid

Separator

 

You will always find that the separator in our batteries are in double quantity, the material should be updated long and superfine fiber separator with higher absorptive and lower resistance, which helps batteries service longer.

 

NOTE

 

· We recommend only using consistent battery types. DO NOT mix new and used batteries together as it will reduce overall performance .

· To avoid cycle-life shortening, we recommend not discharging the battery below 40%.

· It is highly recommended to use a battery balancer to extend the battery service life when multiple batteries are connected in series and/or in parallel.

· We highly recommend installing the battery upright. It is allowed to install the battery on its side only if there are special reasons for doing so.

1. How many life cycles does this GEL battery have?

This CASISolar Deep Cycle 12 Volt 50 Ah Deep Cycle Gel Battery enables more than 1000 charge/discharge cycles at 50% DOD (Depth of Discharge) in cyclic applications.

 

2. Will the battery come with the terminals? And if not, what's the size of the connector terminals?

Yes, it comes with two copper screw terminals. The size is M8 x 1.25 x 16 mm.

 

3. Can your gel battery be charged by e-bike charger with AC?

Depends. The charging current should be less than 0.25C10. For example 25A is the max for 12V100AH battery. So only chargers within the permissible voltage range can be used.

 

4. How to properly store the Gel battery?

Store it in a dry and cool place at -30℃~50℃. Charge it to full before delivery and recharge after three months.

 

5. Is this battery suitable for service indoors in a living/working area?

Yes, it is. This 12 Volt 50 Ah Deep Cycle Gel Battery is suitable for on-grid and off-grid applications so that you can use it on your marine, RV/Van, off-grid, home backup power supplies, emergency power systems, medical devices, and more. Unlike a Flooded battery, it does not generate any toxic hydrogen gas during working, so it's a safer and cleaner battery. You can use it in a living/working area without any worries.
