Energy Storage Lithium Battery 48volt 50ah LiFePO4 Parallel
Connection
48 volt 50ah LiFePO4 Battery Description
The communication equipment required by telecom operators tends to
be integrated, miniaturized and lightweight. That is, more service
equipment can be installed in a limited space. Higher requirements
are put forward for their use of temperature range, specific
energy, and lifetime. In recent years, telecom operators and
network equipment suppliers are gradually or have begun to seek and
research new power backup solutions. Lithium-ion batteries
have attracted much attention and are developing rapidly because of
their own technical characteristics, such as high capacity, high
voltage and no pollution. It is the future development trend of
small and medium-sized backup power supply, harsh environment and
other conditions of backup power technology.

Product Features
- Product Name: Energy Storage Lithium Battery
- Energy Storage Lithium Battery cathode is made of lithium iron
phosphate (LiFePO4) material, with good safety performance and long
cycle life.
- Fully intelligent design, configured with a centralized monitoring
module, with four to (telemetry, telematics, remote control and
remote control) functions, to achieve computer management, which
can be communicated with the remote central monitoring center.
- Secondary power down function, with alarm information when the
battery voltage is lower than the alarm value, and automatic power
down when the voltage is too low to protect the battery.
- Good electromagnetic compatibility of the system.
Main Advantages
- Product Name: Energy Storage Lithium Battery
- Higher volume specific energy and weight specific energy, and no
special requirements for space and weight bearing when installed,
which greatly reduces the rental cost of the site.
- Long cycle life of lithium iron single cell batteries of more than
6000 cycles.
- To meet the new requirements of telecom operators for distributed
power supply systems, CASI proposes a solution based on the
integrated backup power supply of LiFePO4, BMS and DC switching
power module (or UPS uninterruptible power supply system).
Application
- Mountain communication base station
- Communication base station energy storage
- Backup power
- Outdoor Microstation
Production Process
- Li-ion battery cell sorting cabinet: all incoming cells are
subjected to secondary sorting to ensure the full capacity of the
battery.
- Sorting pairing: each cell is sorted to ensure the consistency of
the voltage and internal resistance of the cells in the same
battery pack, which effectively improves the stability of the
battery.
- Automatic spot welding: Use automatic spot welding machine to spot
weld the positive and negative electrodes of the battery pack,
which is efficient and stable without desoldering.
- Welding BMS: Welding and installing BMS for each battery pack,
which can protect the overcharge, overdischarge, overcurrent and
overvoltage.
- Finished product testing: The finished battery finally needs to go
through a number of tests to confirm that the performance is stable
and meets the standards before it is packaged and shipped.
