Whole machine function
This machine adopts full computer control system, which can store
orders, change orders quickly, and is simple and convenient.
Servo pressureless leading edge paper feeding system with
adjustable wind force, which does not damage the strength of
paperboard.
Printing vacuum adsorption transmission, stable and accurate;
Closed ink scraping system, equipped with ceramic net roller,
scraping ink evenly.
The paper feeding and die cutting unit adopts German Rexroth
independent servo drive, which has no accumulated error of gear
clearance and high precision.
Precision adjustment system ensures important gap adjustment such
as inking and stamping.
The transmission gear adopts 20CrMnti high-quality alloy steel,
which is processed by heat treatment and fine grinding.
Key-free link ring is applied to ensure transmission accuracy.
Electrical components, transmission bearings, pneumatic control
components, etc. adopt international standards.
