3. Prodction process of 1.0mm Silk Pattern Card Prelam
Laminated Steel Plates For Smart Card Laminator Use
The lamination steel plates apply the #430 cold rolled stainless steel plates with the thickness of 0.6 or 0.8 or 1.0mm. The general production processes are summarized as below:
Step1 Raw Material Selection: Hot rolled strip is used as a raw material for cold rolled stripe.
Step 2 Scouring/Pickling: Use a pickling unit to remove iron oxide from the surface of hot rolled strip
Step 3 Cold rolling: After multiple passes of cold rolling, the finished steel strips shall meet the size, shape and surface quality requirements.
Step 4 Heat treatment: Annealing the cold rolled strip to achieve the desired properties.
Step 5 Finishing: The final product is obtained by leveling, shearing and packaging the annealed strip steel coil
Step 6 Flattening and film application: Release #430 stainless steel sheet coil, then flatten it on the flattening line, cut it into standard size stainless steel plate, and attach protective film on both sides of the steel plate to prevent scratches of the steel plate.
Step 7 Tailor cutting: According to the size requirements of customers, the large steel plate is precisely cut by using the shearing machine.
Step 8 Visual Inspection: Make a comprehensive inspection of each finished steel plate, check the dimension, thickness and surface quality, and eliminate unqualified products. If it is matte finish steel plate, according to customer's requirements, sandblasting machine is used on both sides of the steel plate to achieve matte finish effect, and then apply protection films on both sides before quality inspection.
Step 9 Packaging and labeling: Packaging the qualified products by using fumigation-free wooden cases, and inside the wooden cases, the soft materials are applied to maximize the protection of steel plates during the process of handling and transportation. The proper label or logo is applied on the case surface before shipment.
