1. Features of A3 0.8mm Matte Finish Lamination Plate Anti-scratch For Smart Card Inlay Sheet Laminating

They are applied as the consumables in plastic card lamination. It can well ensure perfect plastic card surface finish after lamination. Our plates are being widely used by many card factories in both China and foreign countries worldwide.

Key Features:

1). The two sides are covered with protection foils (blue thin films) to ensure good protection on both surfaces. There is no glue left after the foil is removed before the plate is used at the first time.

2). There are no scratches, dents, stripes shadows and dust on plate surfaces.

3). The edges are smooth and deburred with the round curved corners.

4). Two sides are made matte in the same quality.

5). After lamination, the plates are not sticking to the laminated plastic sheets.

There are five kinds of steel plates:

1).Glossy steel plates

normal mirror effect,for planographic code and inkjet code.

2).Matte steel plates

on the surface there are tiny lights,thin and lubricious,for planographic code and inkjet code.

3).Coarse matte steel

Platoon lights on the surface,too coarse for planographic code.

4).Moderate coarse matte steel plates

no lights on the surface,moderate coarse.

5).Fine matte steel plates

no lights on the surface, relatively thin and lubricious, for paleographic code and

inkjet code.

4. Production process of A3 0.8mm Matte Finish Lamination Plate Anti-scratch For Smart Card Inlay Sheet Laminating

 

The lamination steel plates apply the #430 cold rolled stainless steel plates with the thickness of 0.6 or 0.8 mm. The general production processes are summarized as below:

Step1 Raw Material Selection : Hot rolled strip is used as a raw material for cold rolled stripe.

Step 2 Scouring/Pickling : Use a pickling unit to remove iron oxide from the surface of hot rolled strip

Step 3 Cold rolling : After multiple passes of cold rolling, the finished steel strips shall meet the size, shape and surface quality requirements.

Step 4 Heat treatment : Annealing the cold rolled strip to achieve the desired properties.

Step 5 Finishing: the final product is obtained by leveling, shearing and packaging the annealed strip steel coil

Step 6 Flattening and film application : Release #430 stainless steel sheet coil, then flatten it on the flattening line, cut it into standard size

stainless steel plate, and attach protective film on both sides of the steel plate to prevent scratches of the steel plate.

Step 7 Tailor cutting : According to the size requirements of customers, the large steel plate is precisely cut by using the shearing machine.

Step 8 Visual Inspection : Make a comprehensive inspection of each finished steel plate, check the dimension, thickness and surface quality, and eliminate unqualified products. If it is matte finish steel plate, according to customer's requirements, sandblasting machine is used on both sides of the steel plate to achieve matte finish effect, and then apply protection films on both sides before quality inspection.

Step 9 Packaging and labeling : Packaging the qualified products by using fumigation-free wooden cases, and inside the wooden cases, the soft materials are applied to maximize the protection of steel plates during the process of handling and transportation. The proper label or logo is applied on the case surface before shipment.
