Manual lever hoist is a manual lifting equipment which is used
simply and carried conveniently. It is also known as "chain hoist"
or "chain". It is suitable for lifting of small equipment and goods
in short distance, whose weights are less than 100T.
The shell of manual lever hoist is made of high quality alloy
steel, which is wear-resistant and has high safety performance.
When lifting weights upwardly, which drags the chain clockwise to
make hand wheel move. When making heavy weights down, it drags the
chain in the opposite direction. Seat of break parts with brake
block, ratchet is still under the influence of the pawl, Five gear
long shaft runs in the opposite direction together with hoisting
sprocket, in that heavy weights is decreasing steadily.
Lever hoist could be used alone, meanwhile, it could be used as
hand lifting transport vehicle with various types of monorail
traveling car to achieve the function of lifting heavy objects in
the left or right direction. It is suitable for transporting of
suspended monorails, manual single girder overhead cranes and jib
crane. Manual lever hoist is installed and unloaded conveniently,
safely, quickly.
It is widely used in shipbuilding, electric power, transportation, construction, mining, telecommunications and other sectors of the equipment installation, lifting, pulling. Hand hoist is safe, reliable, durable, good performance, easy to repair, small volume, light weight, convenient to carry, not much manual force and high efficiency, the perfect structure and beautiful appearance. Hand chain hoist and hoist are called manual hoist.
