ASTM A350 LF2 Carbon Steel Forged fittings are hand wrapped
individually so that high material performance is maintained, and
no harm is done during the last phases of manufacturing. In order
to ensure safe packaging and prompt delivery of the requested
shipment, we recommend Plywood case or pallet packaging.
The forged fittings are available with prints relevant to the work
data (e.g., heat, material and part number). ASTM A350 LF2 Carbon
steel forged fitting. All the ASTM A350 LF2 forged carbon steel
fittings given are also printed with this information.
What is Carbon Steel LF1 Forged Fittings ?
Over the last three decades, Sumit Impex has provided outstanding
products and services to different industries. To produce all our
goods, we use excellent resources, the latest technology and
sophisticated machinery. NISPL is an ISO accredited firm; we
respect and adhere to detail the standards of quality and safety.
We are the LTCS A350 LF1 Forged Fittings manufacturers, suppliers,
and exporters of low carbon with added molybdenum, chromium and
nickel increase their resistance to corrosion.
Our forging LTCS A350 LF1 is available in various operating
pressures and manufacturing styles. When joining pipelines to the
heater or another plumbing connection, LTCS LF1 Pipe Elbow is best
suggested; however, they are very much recommended for low-pressure
clearance and compressible gas intake services.
The ASTM A350 Grade LF1 Flange is a material specification for
carbon and low alloy steel forgings that calls for notch toughness
testing on piping components. Forged flanges, fittings, valves, and
other forged and machined parts are included. Chemical structure,
mechanical properties, and impact tests for notch durability are
all covered in this specification.
The ASTM A350 LF2 is a forged carbon/low-alloy steel grade of
forged flanges, forged fittings, and forged valves that are
intended for low-temperature operation and must pass notch
durability inspection. The LF2 steels are divided into two classes:
Class 1 and Class 2.
Flanges made to ASTM A350 LF3 requirements can withstand
temperatures as low as 150 degrees Fahrenheit (LF3.) These ASTM
A350 LF3 Flanges are primarily used in high-energy/high-temperature
channeling applications. All ASTM A350 LF3 Flanges are available
with either a raised face or a flat face. At ambient temperature,
the working pressure for a B16.5 ASTM A350 LF3 Flange is
approximately 2.4 times the Flange Class.
