The 6mm and 8mm inner diameter sleeve sintered bronze bearing bushings are precision-made components designed to provide reliable and long-lasting performance in a variety of industrial applications. Constructed from sintered bronze, these bushings exhibit excellent wear resistance and friction-reducing properties, making them suitable for high-load and high-speed operations.
The sleeve design allows for easy installation and replacement, while the sintered bronze material ensures a tight and secure fit. The bushings' inner diameters of 6mm and 8mm, respectively, provide a perfect match for a range of shafts and components, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
Overall, the 6mm and 8mm inner diameter sleeve sintered bronze bearing bushings are an excellent choice for enhancing the performance and reliability of industrial machinery and equipment.

Most sintered bronze bearings are filled with oil. When storing and installing sintered bronze bearings, do not allow them to come into contact with absorbent materials that can draw oil from the bearings. No additional lubrication is required under normal conditions.
1. First, the metal, in this case, bronze or bronze alloy, is
transformed into powder. This can be achieved by a number of
methods, including crushing, chemical decomposition and the most
common atomization.
2. The metallic powder is then poured into a mold or mold cavity
and compacted under great pressure in order to adhere the
particles. This occurs at room temperature.
3. The metal part is then inserted into an oven where extreme heat
melts the metal particles to form a rigid, porous and highly
resistant component. This part of the process is called sintering.
The resulting porosity of sintered parts makes powdered metal products especially useful in lubrication applications and, as a result, bearings and wear plates are often made of sintered bronze. Powdered metal offers strength and flexibility. In addition, they offer an economical production process that includes oil impregnation or permanent lubrication.
