alloy. The
material has high load and wear resistance properties. The diamond
shaped
lubrication indent is designed for grease lubrication and the
incorporated hole is
designed for oil lubrication. We strongly remind to ensure a
sufficient preserved
grease or oil before the installation of the bushings in order to
provide lubrication
film during the initial running of the components.

FB092 bronze bearing is a thin wall bearing made of uniform and orderly oil injection holes based on bronze material, which is injected with lubricating grease after assembly and then used with end face seal. The bearing has the advantages of large oil storage, convenient installation and small structure. It can replace copper bushing and greatly reduce the cost. At present, this product has been used in conveyors, elevators, winders, leveling machines, and another medium load, low-speed occasions.

The bearings are intended to be pressed into housing with H7 tolerance. The inner diameter of the slide bearing will then hold tolerance H9.

It is a low-maintenance bronze sliding bearing, primary lubrication is necessary. Oil or grease lubrication is possible. Due to lubrication pockets lubrication clearances are reduced to a minimum!
