The bearings are wrapped with cold-formed homogeneous bronze CuSn8 (alternatively CuPb10Sn10) with exceptional material properties. Standard sizes contain holes that are scattered in a special way the entire bearing surface. These holes serve as grease reservoirs for rapid build-up lubricating film at the beginning of the movement, and then reduce the operating friction.
The wrapped bronze bearings are wound from a cold-formed homogeneous bronze (CuSn8) with exceptional material properties. The standard sizes of the wrapped bronze bearing-090 are equipped with diamond-shaped lubrication notches in the bearing surface. The standard sizes of wrapped bronze bearing-092 contain holes that are distributed in a special way over the entire storage area. These depressions serve as lubricant reservoirs to quickly build up a lubricating film at the beginning of the movement and then to reduce the running friction. The material is suitable for construction and agricultural machinery applications.
