Our wrapped aluminium steel shaft bimetal bearing bushes, specifically the tin-plated AlSn20Cu variety, are designed to provide exceptional wear resistance and durability in a wide range of industrial applications.
The unique bimetal construction of these bushes combines the lightweight yet strong aluminium alloy with a steel shaft for enhanced structural integrity. This combination offers both the corrosion resistance and lubricating properties of aluminium with the strength and rigidity of steel, resulting in a highly durable and reliable bearing bush.
The tin-plated AlSn20Cu alloy coating further enhances the wear resistance and lubricity of the bush, ensuring smooth operation and reduced friction even under high loads and speeds. This coating also provides excellent corrosion resistance, protecting the bush from damage caused by exposure to harsh environments or corrosive chemicals.
The wrapped design of the aluminium steel shaft ensures a secure and stable fit, making it suitable for use in high-performance applications. The bushes are easy to install and replace, minimizing downtime and maintenance costs.
Our wrapped aluminium steel shaft bimetal bearing bushes are an excellent choice for industrial machinery that requires high-performance bearing solutions. Contact us today to learn more about our products and how they can improve the performance and reliability of your applications.
Wrapped Aluminium Steel Shaft Bimetal Bearing Bushes Tin - Plated AlSn20Cu
Wrapped bushing steel aluminum AlSn20Cu Bimetal Bearing Bushes is a maintenance-bound composite sliding bearing. Oil or grease lubrication is necessary. Standard white metal bearing, Heavy maintenance. For high rotational speeds in a sealed and oil-lubricated application.Get in touch ...
High percentage of tin with aluminum alloy bushing is backing on low carbon steel, pressed with AlSn20Cu as liner. It has fairly good performance in anti-fatigue and good load capacity, anti-corrosion and smooth sliding movement.
It usually used as engine bearing with middle or low power, air compressor bushing. It is a good substitution for Babbit material.
