Sliding bushings, polymer plain sleeve bearing strips, and
metal-polymer bearings are all types of bearings that are designed
to provide smooth and reliable operation in various industrial
applications.
Sliding bushings are mechanical components that are typically made
of a polymeric material or a combination of metal and polymer. They
are used to reduce friction between moving parts, such as shafts
and housings. Sliding bushings are often used in applications where
there is a need for low-friction, high-load-bearing capacity,
and/or long-lasting durability.
Polymer plain sleeve bearing strips are similar to sliding bushings
but are specifically designed as thin, flat strips that can be
installed into a sleeve or housing. These bearing strips are
typically made of polymeric materials like POM (Polyoxymethylene)
or nylon, which offer excellent wear resistance and low friction
properties. Polymer plain sleeve bearing strips are commonly used
in applications where a thin, lightweight bearing solution is
required.
Metal-polymer bearings are a type of composite bearing that
combines the strength and durability of metal with the low-friction
and wear-resistant properties of polymeric materials. These
bearings are often used in applications where high loads,
pressures, and/or temperatures are present. The metal components
provide structural support while the polymeric material provides
the necessary lubrication and wear resistance.
All three types of bearings — sliding bushings, polymer plain
sleeve bearing strips, and metal-polymer bearings — are designed to
provide smooth and reliable operation in various industrial
applications. The choice of bearing type will depend on the
specific requirements and operating conditions of the application,
including load capacity, speed, temperature, and lubrication
requirements.

VIIPLUS are specialists in the field of sliding bronze bearing
technology. We offer a wide range of high-quality sliding bearings. More information?https://www.viiplus.com
Non-lead boundary lubrication bearing is improved on the basis of
LIKE DX BUSHINGS.It can be applied to the field where non-lead is
required. Now it's widely used in textile machines, auto operating
parts and other middle speed, middle load and grease lubrication
occasions.
The structure of this self-lubricated bearing material strip plate
sheet consists of spherical powdered bronze sintered onto a steel
backing and POM polyacetal resin impregnated into the surface. This bushing is
filled with lubricant before installation, to which a small amount
of lubricant is added at predetermined intervals to allow it to
withstand long-term operation.
Plain Bearings & Sliding Bearing Strips
Our VIIPLUS range of bearing strip is suitable for rotary and
oscillating movement applications.
The VIIPLUS bearing strip is made from carbon steel with a sintered
bronze layer and an acetal co-ploymer layer.
Our machining service is able to produce non-standard sizes to suit
customer specific requirements.
Please contact us for information on sizes.
Low friction for smooth rotation at startup and at low speed under
high load conditions.
Seizure-free sliding surfaces.
Excellent shaft misalignment tolerance.
Ability to withstand impact loads.
Low friction.Damage prevention to shaft.
Virtually wear-free bearing surface with minimal lubricant.
VIIPLUS range of wrapped POM lined bearings are suitable for rotary and oscillating movement
applications. They benefit from long re-lubrication intervals, no
absorption of water, outstanding damping behaviors and have a low
suceptibility to edge loading.
Strips PAS are available as an even material section. This material
section can be used to make sliding elements in a variety
of shapes.

Our wrapped Ploymer lined bearings have a high wear resistance and
low friction even with very small quantities of lubricant
The surface carries a pattern of circular indents which should be
filled with grease on assembly
Low carbon steel gives exceptionally high load carrying capacity
and excellent heat disspation
Our VIIPLUS range of wrapped acetal bearings can hugely reduce
maintenance costs on projects large and small and are stocked in
metric plain, imperial plain, metric washers. Imperial washers,
metric strip and imperial strip.
