JF series material, also known as bimetallic material or copper
lead steel belt, is a steel and copper alloy product with low
carbon steel plate or steel coil as the matrix material and surface
sintered copper alloy. Different copper alloy materials are
suitable for different working conditions. According to the
different grades of surface copper alloy, it can be divided into
high lead series, lead-containing series and lead-free series.

1. The CuPb20Sn4 materials in the above table were tested by
the locomotive and vehicle parts inspection station of the quality
supervision and testing center of the ministry of railways
(qishuyan). The measured fatigue strength of sapphire bush fatigue
testing machine was greater than 150Mpa in Glacier.

tester in the UK is greater than 125Mpa.
