The 30mm PTFE self-lubricating bearing with sintered bronze is a high-performance bearing designed for applications requiring superior wear resistance and low friction. The sintered bronze base material offers excellent strength and durability, while the PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) coating provides self-lubricating properties that eliminate the need for external lubrication. This combination results in a bearing that can operate smoothly and reliably over extended periods of time, even in harsh environments.
The 30mm diameter of this bearing makes it suitable for a wide range of applications, including machinery, equipment, and other industrial uses. The sintered bronze construction ensures that the bearing can withstand heavy loads and high speeds, while the PTFE coating reduces friction and wear, extending the bearing's lifespan.
Overall, the 30mm PTFE self-lubricating bearing with sintered bronze is a reliable and efficient choice for applications requiring superior wear resistance and low friction.

Bushings, or plain bearings, operate with sliding motion between the moving surfaces. Bushings are selected based on the rotating speed and the applied load. Most bushings do not require additional lubrication to operate.
Self-lubricating PTFE bronze composite bushings consist of a PTFE layer sintered on a brown strip. These bushings are corrosion resistant and suitable for high temperature applications that can be made without the use of oil requiring long duty cycles.
This type of self-lubricating bearing is used in the radial or axial direction, especially in the steel and cement industries. Self-lubricating PTFE-bronze composite bushings can be used in panels as bridge supports, since the thick sliding layer on the inner surface can withstand loads of up to 140 N / mm².
1.PTFE / Pb 0.01 ~ 0.03mm mixture, provides an excellent initial
transfer film, which effectively covers the contact surface of the
socket assembly, forming an oxide type solid lubricant film.
2.sintered bronze powder 0.20-0.35mm, provides max. thermal
conductivity away from the bushing surface, also serves as a
reservoir for the PTFE-lead mixture.
3.Bronze bracket, gives exceptionally high load capacity, excellent
heat dissipation. Have very good corrosion resistance.

This type of bearing is used radially or axially, particularly in the steel and cement industries.
Industrial: aerospace, agricultural equipment, construction equipment, material handling equipment, forming machines - metal, plastic and rubber; office equipment, medical and scientific equipment, packaging equipment, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment cylinders, pumps and motors, railways and tramways, textile machines, valves, etc.
Other: marine and offshore equipment, other applications in water or in
outdoor environments
It can meet the demanding criteria of long life and trouble-free performance with or without lubricant, especially for high chemical resistance requirements.
The Bronze Backed PTFE bushing is widely used in steel metallurgy in applications such as roller groove bushings of later casting machines, concrete injection pumps and screw conveyors for concrete. They can also be made of steel housings or be transformed into flanged bushings that can move in both radial and axial directions.
The Bronze Backed PTFE bushing is particularly suitable for high temperature environments where no oil is efficient and the machine must operate under consecutive long term conditions.
