Bimetal bearing bushes is a bimetal bearing with steel back and
sintered CuPb10Sn10 as lining.This type has fairly good performance in anti-fatigue and heavy load capacity.It is suitable for middle
speed and middle load.When soft alloy is plated on the bushing
surface and with oil lubrication,it can be applied in high-speed
internal combustion engine and connect-rod.

Bushings
This type of sliding bearing has the best characteristics of all
bimetal sliding bearings. They can be used with balancing
suspension devices for heavy commercial vehicles, bulldozer wheels
and car chassis, among other equipment. They are ideally suited to
medium speed ranges and applications with high shock and impact
forces.

Steel+CuPb10Sn10
VSB-80 bimetal bushing is backed with high quality low carbon steel with tin-lead-bronze
alloy(CuSn10Pb10)sintered on its surface. To effectively decrease abrasion, its alloy surface can be
machined with ball shaped oil sockets for easier oil storage. When
necessary, it could be plated copper or tin on the steel back. It
can be applied to conditions of mediate load with mediate or high running belocity and conditions
with enormous impact load. In mechanical applications, VSB-80 is used to make wrapped
bushes, thrust washer and bushes on connecting rod level of gas
engine.
