Bimetal bushes are composed of two metal strips, in two different materials; steel+ copper, which when coupled with the steel strip acts as an internal
covering. Furthermore, some sizes also have an external
relubrication hole.

collar, differential shaft sleeve, etc.Bimetal self-lubricating bearing is a copper alloy layer with excellent wear resistance, which is based on high quality low carbon steel and sintered on the surface.The surface of the copper alloy layer can be processed into various
types of oil groove, oil storage pit, oil hole and so on according
to the working conditions, so as to be suitable for the occasions
where it is impossible to oil continuously or difficult to oil.The
copper alloy layer can provide two kinds of alloy materials including lead and lead-free.
Bimetal bushing is mainly used in medium load and medium speed oil lubrication or grease lubrication conditions.Its typical
applications mainly include engine connecting rod, pin shaft,
construction machinery chassis supporting wheel, sprocket, guide
wheel, hydraulic cylinder guide sleeve, oil earrings, logistics
machinery, agricultural machinery, etc.As the sintered copper alloy
layer contains lead, the use of this product will be limited under
certain conditions according to relevant laws and regulations.
VIIPLUS VSB-80 bimetal bushing is backed with high quality low carbon steel with tin-lead-bronze
alloy(CuSn10Pb10)sintered on its surface. To effectively decrease
abrasion, its alloy surface can be machined with ball shaped oil
sockets for easier oil storage. When necessary, it could be plated copper or tin on the steel
back. It can be applied to conditions of mediate load with mediate
or high running belocity and conditions with enormous impact load.
In mechanical applications, VSB-80 is used to make wrapped bushes,
thrust washer and bushes on connecting rod level of gas engine.
