High efficiency grain powder ribbon mixer machine cereal chicken feed blender
Our BSR ribbon mixer consists of U-Shape tank, spiral and drive parts. Outer spiral
conveys the material move from the two sides to the center and the
inner screw conveys the material move from the center to the sides
to get a high effective convective mixing.
It can mix many kinds material especially for the powder and
granular which with stick or cohesion character, or add a little
liquid and paste material into powder and granular material.
Working method:
It is driven by the inner and outer diameter spirals installed on the stirring shaft to turn the material in the barrel, so that the mixer can turn the animal in the barrel to the maximum extent. In the structure of the stirrer, the spiral is designed to be reverse spirals inside and outside, and the left and right are reverse spirals. When the stirrer works, the inner spiral drives the material near the axis to rotate the axis, and the axial direction is pushed from the inside to the sides. The axis rotates, and the axial direction pushes from both sides to the inside, so that the materials are convected in the cylinder, sheared and mixed, and the materials are quickly and uniformly mixed in a short time.
1. U-shaped long-body cylinder structure ensures small resistance
movement of the mixed material (powder, semi-fluid) in the
cylinder.
2. The positive and negative rotating spiral bars are installed on
the same horizontal axis to form a low-power and efficient mixed
environment. The ribbon-shaped blades are generally made into two
or three layers. The outer spiral gathers materials from both sides
to the center, and the inner layer. The spiral conveys the material
from the center to both sides, so that the material can form more
eddy currents in the flow. Speed up the mixing speed and improve
the mixing uniformity;
3. Bottom discharge method of the ribbon mixer: The powder material
adopts the structure of large pneumatic door opening, which has the
advantages of fast discharge and no residue;
4. For high-precision materials or semi-fluid materials, manual
butterfly valves are pneumatic butterfly valves. Manual butterfly
valves are economical and applicable. Pneumatic butterfly valves
have good sealing performance against semi-fluids, but the cost is
higher than manual butterfly valves.
5. Where heating or cooling is required, a jacket can be
configured.
