Application:

The automation degree of brick factories are getting higher and higher, so the auto packing machines come into our eyes now. When finished bricks come out from the tunnel kiln, auto packing system can transfer these finished bricks onto the grouping belt and prepare them for the packing process. Auto packing machines can pack the bricks pillars with green plastic belt, then by forklift, packed brick pillars will be placed onto the truck. Working Principle

Auto Packing System will pick up finished bricks from the kiln car, then place on the grouping belt system, to make preparation for the packing procedure. After grouping belt system, bricks will be stacked together in the new arrange method, then enter the packing area, green plastic belts will be automatically fixed on the brick pillar. Forklift comes and takes the brick pillar, transfers to the truck, then deliver to end-users. This is the basic working principle for brick packing system.

Finished Brick Samples

According to different usage purpose, finished bricks can be divided into out-wall decoration bricks, and inner-wall construction bricks.

Out-wall decoration bricks come with smooth surface and uniform color , and normally burning fuel is natural gas or coal powder, which is showered into the burning kiln by specific tube system. Out-wall decoration bricks also can be called as Face bricks.

Inner-wall construction bricks, normally featured with rough surface, but higher strength. Burning fuel for inner-wall construction bricks is coal, which can be added into the raw materials, or threw from the top of burning kiln.

Below is the sample for finished bricks, the size, shape and hole rate can be customized as the production requirements of clients.
