Working Principle

Advantages and disadvantages
The advantages of the hammer crusher are: large crushing ratio (generally 10-25, up to 50), high production capacity, homogeneous product, less over-powdering, low energy consumption per unit of product, simple structure, light quality of equipment, easy operation and maintenance, etc. The hammer crusher is suitable for crushing all kinds of medium hardness and brittle materials, such as limestone, coal, salt, baiya, gypsum, alum, brick, tile, gangue, etc.. The compressive strength of the crushed material does not exceed 150 MPa.
