Transportation system:

The transmission way of the wire drawing machine is AC frequency conversion motor + linkage narrow V belts+ gearbox with hard gear surface.Special structure type gearbox is adopted to ensure the reliability under high speed running and good shock absorption and heat dissipation effect of gearbox. The bearings of gearbox with hard gear surface adopt Japanese brand NSK, the oil seals adopt products from Germany CFW to ensure the reliability and advantage of gearbox.

Way of speed adjusting:

AC Frequency conversion speed adjusting or DC speed adjusting.
Way of control:

Profibus field bus control system, touching screen show, human-computer communication, long-distance diagnose function.
Way of take-up:

Spooler take-up, trunk take-up, headstand take-up, and all can take-up wire without stop work.
Way of pay-off:

Spooler pay-off, high pay-off frame, "-" type pay-off, duck-nip pay-off, can pay-off without stop work.
Main function:

Slowdown to stop at fixed length automatically, wire broken test and stop work automatically, cut off any block to compose new technical process freely,slowdown to stop automatically when the protecting shield is open, show of all kinds of fault information and the solution, inspection and control of all kinds of running information.

1) Pay-off:

It adopts the hydraulic high pay-off, equipped with two hydraulic arms and single supporting capacity ≤ 2500 kg. Through the exchange of two volumes line to achieve no-parking paying off.

Block is accurately founded by cast steel, re-tempering treatment after the rough processing, the work surface of block is welded by wear-resisting piano wire then sprayed with carbide tungsten, then finish machined by a grinding machine. The block working surface rigidity is over HRC60. The inside surface of block is sprayed with Aluminum.

Block inside adopts narrow gap type water cooling while block outside adopt concentrate air cooling. All blocks are fixed with leaning rollers.

4)Spooler take-up

The coiler take-up adopts frequency conversion motor drive, to achieve no-parking taking up. There are two rows of slide rail on the bottom of bearing frame, to easy to replace the frame. (The size of bearing frame is provided by the user).
