Product Application:
This series of equipments is used in the production all kinds of
carbonated drink contained in PET bottle.Washing,filling and
capping are integrated into one machine.The machine design
scientificly,beautiful appearance,complete function,convenient
maintenance and highly automation.
The production line include DGZAutomatic washer, CYG often pressure
filler, FXZ cap turning machine, SSJ carrying machine ect. The key
parts for washing, filling and sealing are made of high quality

Washing Part:
<1> Rinsing water distributor ensure each working position has
stable water supply, as well as cut the rinsing water consumption.
<2> Single fluid spray nozzle is used, rinser water is
spraying in setting angle, and clean all parts inside of bottle
with features complete rinsing and water saving. Water rinsing time
is 4 seconds and dripping water is 2 seconds;
<1> Material of filling valve and tank are made from
stainless steel 304L.
<2> High speed and precision filling technology, filling flow
rate is 35% higher than Newamstar's second generation filling
technology (reaches to 200ml/s), liquid level precision ≤±2mm;.
<3> Circline liquid tank, the liquid level is controlled by
floating ball.

A:We are a manufacturer in beverage machine field more than 10
years, located at Jinfeng town,zhangjiagang,2 hours from Shanghai,1
hour from Wuxi by car. We will pick you up to visit our factory.

Engineer will go to buyer's factory to install, test machines, and
train buyer's staff how to operate, maintain machines.

Q:If our bottle size changes, can we just do some adjustment on
machine according to our new bottle?
A:Yes.
Q:How long time for installation?
A:According your machines order,we will send one or two engineers
to your plant,it will take about 10 days to 25 days.
Q:How about the spare parts?
A:We will send one year enough easy broken spare parts together
with the machines,shipping together.During the warranty time,we
will supply the spare parts with our cost including the delivery
fees.
Q: If I want to buy a machine, what information do I need to tell

Guarantee of quality :
The Manufacturer shall guarantee the goods are made of
Manufacturer’s best materials, with first class workmanship,
brand new, unused and correspond in all respects with the quality,
specification and performance as stipulated in this
Contract.
Quality guarantee period is within 12 months from B/L date.
The Manufacturer would repair the contracted machines free of
charge during the quality guarantee period.
If the break-down can be due to the improper use or other reasons
by the Buyer, the Manufacturer will collect repair
parts cost.
Installation:
The seller would dispatch his engineers to instruct the
installation.
Cost would be bear on buyer’s side (round way flight tickets,
accommodation fees in buyer country).
