Sprial fin tube description

 

Boiler Fin Tube is the Energy improving device that helps to reduce the cost of operation by saving the fuel. The Fin Tube in Boiler tends to make the system more energy efficient. In boilers,Fin Tube are generally designed to exchange heat with the fluid, generally water. The exhaust from the boilers is generally in the temperature range of 200°C – 250°C, so there are a huge amount of losses from the boiler if any heat recovery devices are not installed after it. Boiler Economizer that suit your boiler system and will increase its overall efficiency from 3% – 5%. Increase in boiler efficiency will save a lot of your operating cost and eventually will prolong the life of your boiler system.

 

The spiral finned tube is formed by welding the steel strip on the bare tube along the spiral track by high-frequency welding method. Through fin material winding process and high frequency welding, The spiral finned tube can make the fin and tube pressure melting as a whole, its contact thermal resistance is approximately 0 which can withstand the alternating thermal stress. No deformation after welding, so as not to weaken the bearing capacity of the base pipe, is conducive to heat transfer from the fin to the inner wall of the base pipe. The serpentine pipe wound by the sprial finned pipe (the elbow part has no finned) is composed of the tube group as the heating surface of the economizer, that is, the sprial finned economizer.

Finned tubes are used when the heat transfer coefficient on the outside of the tubes is appreciably lower than that on the inside;as in heat transfer from a liquid to a gas, vapor to a gas, such as steam to air heat exchanger, thermic fluid to air heat exchanger, when an extended surface is needed on only one fluid side or when the operating pressure needs to be contained on one fluid side.

 

The fin tube heat transfer area is 8 times the light tube, high-efficiency heat exchange, more advanced than the other heat-exchange products.
