Product Description

        The H-type finned tube is a strengthened heat exchanger element arranged at the tail of the system flue in order to recover the exhaust waste heat of power station boilers, industrial boilers, industrial kilns, ship power units, etc., and effectively improve the utilization rate of fuel. In terms of structural design, the H-type finned tube adopts a separate structure for the ash-prone parts of the tube, which overcomes the shortcomings of the spiral fin tube that is easy to accumulate dust, plug ash, and gas resistance, and it is an improved product of the spiral finned tube. In addition, the ribs of the fin tube form a cantilever beam structure, and under the action of pulsed air flow, the ribs vibrate to be more conducive to the treatment of ash staining.

Constructions

 

1.Finned Tube Heat Exchangers consist of a shell and finned tubes assembly.

2.Fins are used to increase the effective surface area of heat exchanger tubing.

3.Finned tubes are used when the heat transfer coefficient on the outside of the tubes is appreciably lower than that on the inside;as in heat transfer from a liquid to a gas,vapor to a gas ,such as steam to air heat exchanger, thermic fluid to air heat exchanger, when an extended surface is needed on only one fluid side or when the operating pressure needs to be contained on one fluid side.
