Product Introduce: Boiler Membrane Water Wall Panel


Usually laid vertically on the inner surface of the furnace wall, it is mainly used to absorb the radiant heat from the flame and high-temperature flue gas in the furnace.It is the main type of evaporative heating surface of modern boiler and also the basic part of water circulation loop of boiler.Due to both cooling and protective furnace wall role, hence the name.

The water-cooling walls were originally designed not to be heated, but to cool the furnace so that it would not be damaged at high temperatures.Later, as a result of its good heat exchange function, gradually replaced the drum to become the main heating parts of the boiler.

An evaporative heating surface composed of many parallel pipes is arranged on the inner wall of the boiler furnace.The role of the water wall is to absorb the radiant heat of the high temperature flame or flue gas in the furnace, generate steam or hot water in the pipe, reduce the temperature of the furnace wall, and protect the furnace wall.In the large capacity boiler, the flame temperature is very high and the intensity of thermal radiation is very high.The boiler contains 40 to 50 percent or more of the heat absorbed by the water wall.With the exception of a few small capacity boilers, modern water tube boilers use water cooling walls as the main evaporative heating surface.

The main function of water wall panels in boiler is to absorb the heat generated by high temperature flame or flue and to generate steam or hot water in tubes, hence to reduce the temperature in the chamber.

 

 

 

Types


According to the structure type, there are mainly three types: light tube type, membrane type and piercing tube type.The water wall of the light pipe is composed of a whole row of seamless steel pipes, and the structure is the simplest.The membrane water cooling wall is welded together by spot welding of many rolled water cooling wall fin tubes, making it a sealed composite heating surface, which can not only improve the air tightness of the furnace, reduce air leakage, but also better protect the furnace wall, making the weight of the furnace wall reduced and the structure simplified.The water-cooling wall of the piercing tube is welded on the water-cooling wall pipe with a lot of pins of 20 ~ 25mm in length and 6 ~ 12mm in diameter, and then coated with chromite refractory plastics to reduce the heat absorption of the water-cooling wall part and increase the temperature of the combustion zone. It is suitable for the occasions where fuel ignition is particularly difficult or some liquid slag discharge furnaces.According to layout position, there are two kinds of wall type and partition wall type (that is, both sides are heated).The former is mostly embedded in the inner wall of the furnace wall, with one side absorbing heat.Most of the latter are installed in the middle of the large boiler furnace, dividing the entire furnace into two separate parts, two sides heated.
