Product Description

 

Finned tube is used to recover heat from flue gas exhaust of power plant boilers, industrial boilers, industrial kilns and marine power plants, make full use of waster heat, save energy, protect environment and reduce emissions, and improve fuel utilization rate, they are the strengthened heat exchange elements arranged at the tail of the fuel duct of the system.

 

There are spiral finned tubes and H-type finned tubes. Spiral finned tubes can further divided into high frequency resistance welding spiral finned tube, brazed spiral finned tube and integral spiral finned tube. 

 

Spirial Finned Tube:

 

Spiral finned tubes are widely used in heat recovery of boiler economizer, air preheater, and waste heat boiler, as well as heat exchange equipment in chemical industry, pressure vessel and other fields. The capacity of units used in boilers has also increased from small to large, and their applications are increasing day by day. The utility model relates to a double H-type finned tube strengthened heat exchange element, which is characterized by:

  • the fins are butt welded on the surface of the steel tube
  • The contact of the fin welded parts adopts multiple zigzag shapes, the heating surface is is welded uniformly and firmly, the welding angle is formed uniformly and the surface is smooth, there is no slag inclusion pore weld, and the penetration rate reaches 97%.
