Introduction of HRSG - HRSG is composed of boiler barrel, mobile smoke hood, furnace mouth
section flue, inclined 1 section flue, inclined 2 sections flue,
end 1 section flue, end 2 sections flue, feeding tube (feeding
chute), oxygen nozzle, nitrogen sealing device and nitrogen sealing
plug, manhole, differential pressure device, support and hanger of
flue.
- HRSG boiler is divided into six circulation loops, each circulation
loop is composed of the down pipe and up pipe, each section of the
flue feed water from the boiler tube through the down pipe into the
lower collection box of each flue into each heating surface, water
through the heating surface to produce steam into the inlet
collection box, then by the rising pipe into the pot.All flanges
are connected with flanges.

Working Process of HRSG - The combustion of fuel oil, gas and coal produces high-temperature
flue gas to release heat. The high-temperature flue gas enters the
furnace chamber first, then enters the waste heat recovery device
in the front smoke box, then enters the pyrotechnical pipe, and
finally enters the waste heat recovery device in the flue pipe of
the rear smoke box.
- The high-temperature flue gas turns into low-temperature flue gas
and is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney.Because
the waste heat boiler greatly improves the utilization rate of the
heat released by fuel combustion, this kind of boiler is very
energy-saving.
