A3: Both are acceptable. Payment terms:40% deposit in advance and
60% balance before shipment or upon the receipt of B/L copy.
4.What is your delivery date?
A:4:The delivery date is depend on quantity.(Eg:Neoprene Padded
elbow support , quantity<500pieces within 3-5 days).
5.How to solve the quality problem?
A5:If there is any quality problem within 72 hours upon receipt of the goods, we support no reason to return or replace the goods. If the products are damaged due to failure to follow the operation rules, we do not support returning or replacing the goods. After washing, the products will not be returned
