1,Excellent air cushion protection effect: our air column bag material is HDPE with nylon co-extrusion material, the material thickness is over 50 microns at least for single layer at least , from 50-75 microns thickness , you can choose you like .
2, Inflate air easy : our air column bag have mouth designing , you can use hand pump , air compressor or automatic machine to inflate air , our factory sale machine with bag together , if you make huge order , we can send inflator for free.
3, The air columns are separately, if one of column is broken , other columns are still good and this bag can protect products well still .

How to inflate air ?
We have three different ways to inflate air for our air column bag ,
The first way by hand pump , it is very cheaper .
The second way by air compressor , it is faster for big quantities.
The third way by automatic air cushion machine , it is very fast and save labor cost , if you use a lot of bags and won’t use hand to inflate air for bag in one piece to piece , you can choose our air cushion machine.

The third way by automatic air cushion machine :
If you want to use automatic air column bag machine to inflate air , you need order air column bag in rolls , not protector bag in pieces.
