Features Of Rotary Drum Precision Filter
1. The grid and the water flow form an angle of about 35 degrees. Due to the formation of the baffle, a lot of dirt with a width smaller than the grid gap can even be separated.
2. The grille is equipped with a flushing device with self-cleaning function.
3. Compared with the traditional grid, the cylindrical structure makes the overflow of the grid larger, the water head loss is less, and the accumulation plane in front of the grid is reduced.
4. All parts in contact with water are made of stainless steel.
5. Through the integration of fishing, transportation and pressure treatment of the grille, the floor space is saved and the cost of subsequent treatment of garbage is reduced.
6. There is no need to refuel at the rotation point, and the drive unit needs to be refueled less frequently.

Principle Of The Device
The equipment is continuous filtration, and there is an automatic on-off switch inside the equipment. When water enters the drum, the liquid level sensor will send a signal, start the deceleration drive system to drive the drum to rotate, and start the backwash pump at the same time. Sewage flows into the hollow drum, and there is a high-strength stainless steel filter screen on the drum. The sewage flows out from the inside of the filter screen to the outside, and the suspended matter in the sewage water is trapped on the inside of the filter screen. The flushing water flushes the filter screen from the outside to the inside through the nozzle located at the top of the drum, and the washed fine particulate matter is collected by the backwash water collection tank inside the equipment and discharged from the equipment through the sewage pipe. When no water passes through the device, the device will automatically stop.

Equipment Advantage
A. The filter screen is made of 316L stainless steel, which is non-toxic, non-polluting, no chemical cleaning, and has a service life of not less than 10 years. The filter screen is woven from 316L stainless steel through fibrillation technology, and then seamlessly welded and fixed on the stainless steel rib with advanced spot welding technology. 
B. The filter is easy to replace. Each set of equipment consists of 8 independent arc segments, each segment can be easily disassembled and assembled, so there is no need for special tools and equipment when replacing the filter.
C. Backwashing consumes less water. The backwash water volume of a single unit is 60m3/d, the backwash water volume and the system sewage volume are small, which reduces the burden of subsequent treatment of polluted wastewater. 
D. The treatment effect is good. The stainless steel filter screen is used, and the filter pore size of the filter screen is 10~200µm, and different pore sizes can be selected according to the requirements of the effluent. So as to ensure the water quality and water stability.
E. Strong shock load resistance. The equipment can operate normally when the influent SS is not higher than 40mg/L.
F. Filtration can run continuously. Continuous filtration is possible while backwashing.
G. Small head loss. not more than 0.3m.
H. Low energy consumption for operation. The main drive motor and the backwash pump motor have low power and operate intermittently. The operating cost is about 0.002 yuan/ton of water per day.
I. Run fully automated controls. Filtration, backwashing, etc. are all controlled by the program, and are equipped with multiple protections, and no special personnel are required for daily operation and management.
J. Small footprint. In the case of the same amount of treated water, the footprint of the filtration equipment is much smaller than that of other filtration process equipment.
