Carbide end mills applied in aerospace require higher than common industry. Carbon fiber is an important material widely used in the aerospace industry, it is very light and very tough.

We specially developed a series of end mills for the aerospace industry. In this series, Titanium material and carbon fiber cutters are included.

Because of  its fiber structure, the milling cutter to mill the carbon fiber (also called composite material) is designed to be a two-direction-cutting flute, as below:

This design can solve the snagging edge caused by a one-cutting-direction flute end mill and get a clear perfect cutting edge.

Tips:

To swift current supplier to a new one, a full communication including detail application, the material you are going to machining, the detailed machine situation such as cutting speed,  feed, etc., and the current problems are needed. 2-5 days for standard items, 15days for customized items, for especially complicated items or super large quantity order please check case by case.

2, Payment:

T/T before shipping, or for customized items, 30% deposit before producing, 70% before shipping. L/C can be considered for regular customers.

3, Samples:

Small samples can be offered with or without charge, depends on the production fee.

4, Quality stability:

Mass order products will be the same as samples, and all following orders will be produced in the same conditions, same grade carbide rods, same production process, same coating, and the same machine will be applied.

5, After-sale service:

Complaints will be treated seriously and solved. The free replacement or refund to the customer as per communication.
