5. Working principle
It is self-priming, the wind mill feed, corn grain, soybean, wheat
and other grains feed into the crushing cavity, and then crushing
mixing work, inlet on the top of the grinder, can match with
various forms of feeding structure, hammer for symmetry; feed
machine and the material into the crushing chamber, the high-speed
rotation of the hammer blow and sieve plate under the action of
friction, material is crushed gradually, and the centrifugal force
and flow, through the bottom discharge outlet
The operation is very simple, the material is put into the "suction
pit", automatically inhaled, after smashing, automatically into the
mixing bucket, forming powder feeds

7. Precautions for early use and later maintenance
1) In order to avoid accidents in transportation, loading and
unloading and other links of the machine, check whether the bolts
and nuts at all parts are loose, flat teeth, round teeth and
spindle nuts are loose before use. Turn the pulley by hand and
check the machine for collision
2) Whether the machine rotates flexibly and whether there are
sundries in the machine. The operation can be started only after
the machine is started and idled for 3 minutes without
abnormalities
3) When working, pay attention to remove the sundries in the
materials. It is strictly forbidden to enter the machine with iron,
stone and other objects, so as not to damage the machine and hurt
people
4) The receiving cloth bag shall be more than 4m long and 0.6m in
diameter. The cloth shall not be too dense. The material shall be
discharged in time during use to ensure sufficient air permeability
of the cloth bag
5) Feed evenly and pay attention to the load degree of power to
avoid choking. When crushing particles, the feeding amount can be
adjusted by the plate extractor.
6) Hammer blade: when the wear of one corner affects the working
efficiency, the reverse side of the hammer blade can be turned
around (four groups can be adjusted together at a time to avoid
rotor imbalance). All the hammer blades should be replaced
7) Grease shall be added before starting up every day, and the
bearing condition shall be checked after 500 hours of use. When
installing the screen, the side with burr shall be installed on it.

different diameter screen holes are selected
