ablation resistance, long service life, high spot welding times,
and the electrode life is more than 5 times that of ordinary
chromium-zirconium copper, which reduces the time of shutting down
and grinding the electrode.
● The battery spot welding machine adopts a welding needle made of
alumina copper, which improves the efficiency of the automatic
welding production line and does not bond the electrode when
welding the coated metal, which provides a terminal solution for
the welding of galvanized steel plate. It is an indispensable
electrode material for welding galvanized steel plate, nickel
strip, aluminum alloy, stainless steel, brass and so on.
● Alumina copper welding needle softening temperature up to 930C,
is a relatively high alloy in copper, electrical conductivity up to
85% IACS high strength, good wear resistance.
● The electrical conductivity can reach 85% IACS, and the heat
dissipation performance is between tungsten copper (220 W/m.k) and
pure copper (390 W/m-k).
● The softening temperature is 930C, which is higher than that of
copper alloy, but lower than that of tungsten copper (1000 ℃).
