Product Description
It is mainly used to detect whether the functional indicators of
the power battery protection board are within the parameter range,
so as to provide a set of detection standards for the staff. It is
mainly used for testing power battery protection board of
protection board manufacturer and power battery manufacturer.
Function
The protection board test system is divided into two types: Fast Test and Precise Test
Precise Test: It can accurately detect the accurate values of various functional
parameters of the power battery protection board (the error is
5mv), which is convenient for the debugging and development of
samples, and provides a set of standards for rapid detection for
the R&D personnel.
Quick Test: According to the design parameters of the protection board, the
test parameters are set to carry out the rapid test, which is
convenient for the protection board manufacturers and power battery
manufacturers to carry out large-scale rapid test and shipment. At
the same time, it is suitable for the protection board test of
various hardware schemes and some software schemes.
Performance
Routine Test Items: Internal resistance test, overcharge and overdischarge test,
overcharge recovery, overdischarge recovery test, over-current test
(charging and discharging over-current), overcharge protection
voltage, overcharge recovery voltage, over discharge protection
voltage, over discharge recovery voltage, over-current protection,
etc
Special Test Items: Short circuit protection test (refers to the real short circuit
protection test microsecond level). Single section self consumption
test (refers to the true and accurate self consumption of each
section). Equalizing current and equalizing voltage (it can
accurately grasp the equalizing current and equalizing opening
voltage).
