Fully automated production line Toast Lines

 

The toast bread line is the highly efficient line that integrating high-quality equipment, it can bake open top sandwich loaf, Tin bread and bread Rusk.

 

After dough preparation and make-up line, the toast moulds with dough pieces are fed into the automatic Multi-Step proofer. After leaving the final proofer, the toast moulds are automatically equipped with a lid.

Either the air/gas proportional controlled direct heated tunnel oven or air circulation type indirect heated tunnel oven can be used for baking. After baking, automatic de-lidding is done, after which the suction depanner/needle depanner/flip –over depanner will take the products out from moulds. The baked products are cooled by spiral cooler and the empty pans return through the pan cooling tunnel to the dough positioning and panning machine. And enter into next cycle.In addition to the slicing machine and drying oven, the line is suitable for producing bread rusk.

According to customer’s requirement, a static proving room for trolleys, automatic trolley loader and automatic trolley un-loader can also be integrated.

Toast Lines Workflow:

Packaging machines

Buffer tower 

1. Support structure in stainless steel and be mounted on the lid return conveyor.

2. The buffer tower is used for storage lid temporarily according to the speed of whole line, which can lift two trays up together per time.

3. If the lidding machine run abnormally, the lid on the return conveyor is exceed the quantity that required by lidding machine, the photoelectric sensor will send signal out and make the lid be stored temporarily. When lidding machine run normally, the photoelectric sensor will send signal out, and the lid will be transported down step by step.

4 The buffer tower can help to control prevent from lid is block. The whole line run smoothly

 

Tunnel oven 

Baking effect is the key to producing the perfect bread. Saimai’s tunnel oven has independent temperature control in each zone to ensure that the product coming out of the oven has a uniform texture and color. The user-friendly software saves recipes and can easily switch between products to minimize downtime and waste.

De-lidding machine

1. Support structure in stainless steel and be mounted auto. Oven un-loader.

2. When the tray(toast box) arrive at specified position, the de- lidding machine begin to operate, the electromagnet component will go down ,suck the lid up and move to the top of lid return conveyor,and the air cylinder will make the lid be put on the lid return conveyor, the electromagnet loose the lid.

3 Motion through a rodless air cylinder.

 

Flip over Depanner

1. Support structure in A3 plate on floor-standing height adjustable legs.

2 .Independent electric and control panel.

3. The overturning depanning plate take the tray over turn two times,then put the tray back on the return conveyor, and the cakes are caught by overturning PU belt. The belt is high- temperature resistance PU belt with white color.
