Filling Part1.The gear is very high efficiency, low noise, long life, easy

Sealing Part
1.The cap part seals the lid into the filled cans, then sent by the
conveyor chain to the post-process. 2.Sealing roller with high
hardness alloy just quenching (HRC> 62), sealing curve adopte
optical curve grinding precision machining to ensure the quality of
sealing cans to ensure the normal operation of the machine. 3.The
machine is with control system that cap sealing with can and no cap
sealing without can. to ensure the normal operation of the machine
to reduce the cap loss rate. 4.Artificially place the aluminum
cover in the chute with the cover and the thrust of the lower
cover. The chute is equipped with a detection switch to ensure that
the cover can be stopped. 5.According to the different height of
the tank, capping machine can be manually raised to meet the
requirements.

Filling machine
The filling valves were designed and developed to allow for optimum
filling, hygienic safety, as well as ease of assembly and
disassembly. The filling height is adjustable which means it can
handle various heights of equal diameter cans with no change parts.
The cans are placed on holding cups in line with the filling valves
and rotated in a star unit at the entrance of the filling
machine.The plastic material that could come into contact with the
product is fully food compliant.
Can sealing machine
All the parts in contact with the product are made from top quality
AISI 304 stainless steel (or if required, AISI 316). By
improving the rigidity of the rollers, this can sealing machine can
form a stronger hermetic seal, ensuring that every can of your
