Auto Fast Speed Front Back Two Sides Labeling Machine For Pesticide PET Square Bottle Labeler

This labeling machine is a multifunctional labeling machine, which is suitable for side labeling or positioning labeling of round, square and flat bottles. After being familiar with this equipment, it can be applied to the side labeling of various bottles in other industries, such as food, cans, cosmetic round bottles, pharmaceutical bottles, etc.

Analysis of the labeling process:
bottle release → bottle separation → conveying →bottle guide → top
pressing → product inspection → labeling → labeling → bottle
collection.

1. Put the bottle on the conveyor belt.
2. The bottle separation mechanism divides the pitch of the
bottles.
3. Driven by the conveyor belt, the bottle automatically runs to
the right labeling mechanism.
4. The bottle is automatically guided under the action of the
bottle guiding mechanism to ensure the accuracy of the labeling.
5. The bottle is pressed by the top pressing mechanism to ensure
that it will not shake when labeling, which will affect the
labeling accuracy.
6. Entering the detection position, the electric eye detects the
bottle, and the measured object signal is fed back to the PLC.
7. The traction motor rotates and sends out the label, which is
attached to the bottle.
8. The label-covering mechanism rolls the bottle to cover the
label.
9. The bottles are conveyed and collected in the take-up tray.
