HG-DCGF 50-50-14 type Rinsing, filling and capping 3-in-1
machine is our new developed filling system combined with the
international advanced technology of filling technology. It's
suitable for soda, beer bottle and carbonated drink with
100ml and 5 litre.
This machine is my company's introduction of German technology,
combined with the characteristics of beer production industry,
designed to develop small-scale beer filling equipment. The machine
has excellent mechanical operation reliability, improved rinsing,
filling, cover screwing, disinfection sterilization and other
functions.
Feature:
1. Using high-precision mechanical filling valve, with cylinder liquid level and the back pressure controlled by a variable signal proportional. Fast, stable, accurate, to be vacuum one at a time.
2. Stainless steel plunger and mechanical stirring gland-type magnetic reasonable cap to ensure that the gland is healthy and reliable. Hopper and the cap taking- cover, capping transmitted by magnetic. The capping is reliable and automatic unloading, reducing the rate of broken bottles.
3. Before the capping, use hot water bubble set to displace bottlenecks air, ensuring the oxygen content of less than 0.15mg / L.

The Manufacturer shall guarantee the goods are made of
Manufacturer’s best materials, with first class workmanship,
brand new, unused and correspond in all respects with the quality,
specification and performance as stipulated in this
Contract.Quality guarantee period is within 12 months from B/L
date.The Manufacturer would repair the contracted machines free of
charge during the quality guarantee period.If the break-down can be
due to the improper use or other reasons by the Buyer, the
Manufacturer will collect repair
parts cost.
Installation:
The seller would dispatch his engineers to instruct the
installation.Cost would be bear on buyer’s side (round way flight
tickets, accommodation fees in buyer country).
FAQ:
<1> What should I do if we are not able to operate the
machine when we receive it?
Operation manual and video demonstration sent along with the
machine to give instructions. Besides, we have professional
after-sale group to customer's site to solve any problems.
<2> How could I get the spares on machines?
We will send extra sets of spares and accessories (such as sensors,
heating bars, gaskets, O rings, coding letters). Non-artificial
damaged spares will be sent freely and shipping free during 18
months warranty.
<3> How can I ensure that I get high-quality machine?
