there are two kinds of carbonated drink canning machine: rotary monobloc and liner split.

 

1. This kinds of production line is mainly used in washing filling and sealing for easy pull cans

 

made of tinplate, aluminum alloy or rion.

 

2. It adopts isobaric filling, can be used to fill all kinds of carbonated beverage, like beer,

 

cola,sparking water, soft drink, energy drink, soda water etc.

 

3This can filling line is suitable same can diameter but different can height.With different can

 

diameter, the filling line should be set with extra can change parts to share one filling line.

 

4. It has such function as automatic lift, automatic turnover, filling and sealing for heaps of empty

 

cans,it is very large.

Machine process:

 

 

1, The empty can reaches into the can lifting cylinder after passing through the pneumatic triplex

 

parts, and the empty can is raised and the conical seal gasket under the filling valve is sealed.

 

2, The position turning block of the filling valve turns the position and opens the valve under the

 

action of another cylinder. The air is filled into the empty can to form the equal pressure.

 

3, From a large material barrel, the beer passes through 14 small conduits and flows into empty

 

can. When the liquid level in the empty can blocks the gas return pipe mouth, then the filling stops.

 

4, Under the action of arm, the de-forming valve will slowly discharge the air and pressure, the

 

can supporting cylinder will continue to fall. After it's discharged, the can is sent to the sealing

 

machine for sealing machine for sealing by the hook chain that runs synchronously. During the

 

sealing, the sealing wheel carries out pre-sealing and then real sealing. After it's sealed, the can

 

is pushed out by the beating head of the cap beating mechanism and then dialed by dial to the

 

conveyor belt for conveying.
