Meta Pulp consists of handle, test electrode, probe cable and
stainless hook.
Scope of application:Used to assess the situation of pulp vitality.
Function Description
Turn on/off.
Press ON/OFF button for the buzzer prompts 2 sounds to turn on/off
the device.
In the standby state, when the test line is detected to be
inserted, it will
automatically jump to the Electric pulp test interface; otherwise,
it will default to
the temperature test interface.
Electric pulp test
When the test state is not entered, press the start / stop key to
set the initial test
value, which can be set to 00-10-20-30-40.
When the test is started, it is not allowed to modify the initial
value.
Test rate adjustment: Set the test rate of electric pulp by
pressing the ON/OFF
key.There are three gears for adjustment. The first gear is the
slowest and the third
gear is the fastest.
Start the test: when the test rod contacts the tooth surface, the
test value starts to
rise from the initial value. When the patient feels pain, the test
rod leaves the tooth
surface, and the test value flashes. This value is the judgment
data and can be
used as the clinical judgment.
After the test is completed and the test value will flash, and it
will automatically
return to zero or the initial value after 20 seconds. The automatic
zero time can be
modified through the system setting; You can also press the start /
stop button to
reset the test value to zero or the initial value (Pressing the
start / stop button
during the test is invalid).
Temperature Test Function
Enter the temperature test interface, press the start / stop button
to start the
heating. And the system will maintain the constant temperature.
Press any button
again to stop the temperature heating. When heating, the heating
icon flashes.
After constant temperature, the heating icon lights up.
System settings
In the shutdown state, long press the start / stop button and the
power button to
enter the system settings:
1 Language:Chinese and English can be set.
2 Usage habits: Set the usage habits of hand-left or hand-right.
The screen display
can be flipped 180 degree.
3 Volume switch: Turns on and off the buzzer sound.
4 Stand-by time: 2-15 minutes can be set (5 minutes by default).
5 Heating time: The continuous heating time of the test rod can be
set to 10-60
seconds (60 seconds by default).
6 Return to initial value time: 10-60 seconds can be set (20
seconds by default).
7 Clear test: clear all settings and restore the factory value.
In the setting function, press the start / stop button to switch
the function options.
Press the power button to modify and confirm the parameters. Long
press the
start / stop button to save the menu parameters, exit the setting
and enter the
stand-by state.
