This equipment can be applied to aseptic filling of tubular bottle liquid medium and other tubular bottle liquid products.
The features of production line
● Customers can choose peristaltic pump, plunger pump or other metering method according to their requirement.
● To avoid liquid bubbling and splashing, our filling nozzles can
move up and down while working.
● The modular design makes it easier and more convenient to replace
for other specifications of products.(like different shape,
volume of bottles etc.)
● The equipment mainly adopts the SUS304, Aluminum Alloy, non-toxic
polymer material. Pharmaceutical grade polymer materials or 316L
stainless steel are used for the filling needles. The whole
production line meets GMP requirements.
