Media Filling Machine is an ideal solution for automating the filling process of cellular culturing media. It features a bottle separating method that uses one set of servo motor drive screw for positioning and a torque control method that utilizes servo technology. It also comes with an automatic rejection workstation that is conveyor belt controlled by servo motor and corresponds to a group of 5 bottles, each bottle corresponds to a cylinder. Any unqualified bottles can be pushed into the corresponding channel of the collection platform with the corresponding cylinder. At the top of each channel, a full bottle sensor is installed.
