It can be used in aseptic heat treatment system of liquid beverage
and food, using high-precision product/water temperature difference
control. It rises to the predetermined value, and then is
indirectly heated to 120 ℃ by water heated by steam. The material
is maintained at the required temperature in the temperature
holding tube for a period of time for ultra-high temperature
sterilization. The heat exchange is finally cooled to the
predetermined outlet temperature in the cooling section, and the
whole process is carried out in a closed state to achieve the
purpose of ensuring the biological stability of the material.
According to the user's different process requirements for material
heating, heat preservation, sterilization and cooling, a specific
combined system design can be carried out to meet various process
requirements.
